If the only reason the surgery hasn't happened is that doctors have refused to do it, does this mean that one does not have a reasonable expectation of privacy as to one's forehead?
Of course you have a reasonable expectation of privacy in your forehead. That's why a warrant was required. If it's important evidence and the surgery isn't threatening, the case law is on the side of the cops.
